Sales systems and revenue operations

I run a sales department in high-ticket B2B and I built the systems it runs on: the pipeline, the routing, the reporting and the automation around them. Four years of that, and for the last two I have been doing the same work for other B2B teams.

What I do

  • CRM repair

Someone set your CRM up and left. I read it on read-only access and show you which deals are dying and why, then rebuild the stages so they stop dying.

  • CRM migration

Deals live in spreadsheets whose totals no longer match. I write the field and stage page you sign, then move the history into one CRM.

  • Lead routing workflow

Enquiries arrive from forms, inbox and WhatsApp and wait until someone retypes them. I build the path from arrival to a task on a named rep's list.

  • AI Agent for your CRM

Monday starts with clicking through records. I connect an agent to the CRM so one line returns the overdue deals with the money on each.

What I have built

  • 21 pipelines

Read a live CRM of 21 pipelines, about 250 stages, 131 deal fields and 193 automation triggers through the API, then designed five pipelines to replace them.

  • 22,787 deals

Exported 22,787 deals across 205 columns and 26,782 contacts into DuckDB to find what the built-in reports were hiding, including 1,776 records sitting in a stage spelled a dozen ways.

  • 3,000 instead of 23,000

Put the manager's review list and the rep's working list behind one set of rules, so a selection scans about 3,000 cards for one rep instead of 23,000.

  • Nine people, eleven pipelines

Built plain-language commands over a CRM for a team of nine: a morning brief on overdue deals, a client card in one line, stage moves dictated as a thought.

  • 333 records, eight reps

Built a mailing pipeline that takes a description in plain language, removes duplicates by email and phone tail, sets the greeting by language and splits the list by rep.

  • A department from zero

Built a sales department starting from the revenue target: forecast, unit economics, pay plan, hiring, onboarding and the working rules. Remote across several time zones.

What you can open right now

  • Lockstep Sync

An Obsidian plugin that syncs a vault between desktop, iOS and Android through a server you run yourself. In the community catalogue after their review, source on GitHub.

  • Zapier Solution Partner

Listed in the Zapier partner directory.

  • HubSpot Academy

Certified in Revenue Operations and in Sales Hub Software. Both certificates are publicly verifiable.

  • Fifteen pieces of work

The cases page holds fifteen of them with the numbers. Client names stay off the site, the numbers are real.

How I work, and what I turn down

I work alone and take one project at a time, so the person configuring your CRM is the person you talk to. Clients are B2B sales teams of three to fifteen people in Europe and the Middle East, on HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho, with automation in Zapier and Make or n8n where it fits.

I turn down chatbots, cold email campaigns and GoHighLevel work.

Where to start

Each of the four jobs begins with a fixed 500 USD. You have the artefact on the fifth working day or the money comes back, and the 500 comes off the project within sixty days.

The full version of each job is a fixed price too, from 2,000 to 4,500 USD depending on the job. Both are on the page for that job.
