Sales automation

Most sales teams lose deals to admin, not to competitors. I take the manual work out of the pipeline and put it into workflows that run whether anyone remembers them or not.

What I build

Stack

Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks and REST APIs.
CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, amoCRM, Kommo.
Around them: Google Workspace, Slack, Telegram, spreadsheets, Airtable.

Where no connector exists, the piece gets written for the job. I build those with AI coding agents, which is how a one-person practice ships things that used to need a developer on staff.

How it goes

You keep ownership of everything. The workflows live in your Zapier, your CRM, your spreadsheets, and your team can open them and see what happens. No black boxes and no dependency on me after handover.

If something in your sales process eats hours every week, a short call is usually enough to tell whether it can be automated and what it would take.
